Returns Policy

If you find any issue with the products that you purchased, you may return it to us for replacement. In the Greater Toronto Area, we may send someone with the replacement directly to your home or office for replacement. Please send an email to service@wifihq.ca to discuss options.

Returns must usually be shipped directly to our warehouse address. In case you need to ship back a product to us, please contact us to receive the address of the nearest warehouse prior to sending the product.

Shipping charges for goods returned for replacement are at the expense of the customer when sending back to our warehouse.

Defective Goods Refunds

You can request full refund for defective products of the both order price and shipping expenses. In case of partial return, shipping expenses are not compensated.

We consider item defective, if it meets one of the following conditions: items with the wrong article, color, style, quality, size, items not working.  Differences in layout and design elements won’t be considered as the indicator of non-quality product.

Refunds are made within 15 working days from the moment we receive the returned product, you’ll receive a relevant email notification. If refund is issues to a bank account or credit card company, the refund period could be increased due to the bank’s terms on processing payments, please contact your bank for details or assistance.

All non-defective products ordered through Wifi HQ are non-refundable.
